The brief was total transformation: bring the outside in line with the property’s oceanfront stature, and redesign every interior space to match.
The exterior renovation centered on a new resort-style pool with cascading waterfalls, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and expanded terracing designed for seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. Custom lighting and lush tropical landscaping complete an arrival sequence that feels like a private resort.
Inside, every space was rethought — from the kitchen rebuilt with marble, glass cabinetry, and brass hardware, to the great room with its vaulted exposed-beam ceiling and carved column details. A full bar and dedicated home theater were added, completing a home that earns its setting at every turn.
