David grew up in Minnesota, framing homes and working in construction since he was 15 years old. He joined the Army National Guard at 17, then went on to study at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Life took him from Australia to California and eventually to Boulder, Colorado, where he worked as an IT Director — while building and flipping homes on the side purely out of passion, remodeling every one of them himself.
After eight years in the Rockies, David moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where his wife Ivana is from, and kept renovating properties — this time in Spanish. About a decade ago, David and Ivana settled in Delray Beach and founded Beachfront Builders and Beachfront Properties together.
Today, that leap of faith has grown into a team of over 20 builders and a network of more than 65 real estate agents — all working toward one goal: the success of every client’s build.
