A new office in downtown Delray Beach
Beachfront Builders and partner company Beachfront Properties opened an office in downtown Delray Beach, on Atlantic Ave and 4th Ave — a custom home builder and an upscale real estate brokerage under one roof.
“We are hoping to make it a one stop shop for our clients,” says owner David Shoultz. His wife Ivana Shoultz, a Real Estate Broker with a master’s degree in Finance & International Marketing who speaks English, Spanish and Italian fluently, set out to offer a new kind of service to the Delray market. “Together we can not only help people find a home, we can make it theirs.”
