President
Partner
Ivana Shoultz, from Buenos Aires Argentina, is the owner and real Estate Broker for partner company Beachfront Properties and a huge asset to our team. She speaks 4 languages, has 3 master degrees and wealth of knowledge when it comes to investments and finding us deals.
Director of Operations
Austin is an integral asset to our team here at Beachfront Builders. He goes above and beyond and is involved in many areas of the business. There is nothing that Austin can’t do and he has that mentality as he ensures the completeness and quality of every single home.
Austin Long has had years of project management experience and far exceeds the expectations of our clients as he is not only knowledgable, but truly cares about each and every client that works with. From managing day to day operations to assisting his team in learning and skill development, Austin is the longest employee here at Beachfront Builders and we are so lucky to have him here!
Financial Controller
Originally from Boston, Nicole relocated to South Florida four years ago. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and brings a diverse background across public accounting, nonprofit organizations, and real estate investment.
In her most recent role as Director of Construction Accounting at a real estate investment firm, she oversaw day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities and managed budgets for nearly ten active commercial construction projects. Her broad experience and attention to detail support efficient, accurate financial management within complex project environments.
Marketing / Office Management
Abby graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2024 with a degree in Marketing and joined Beachfront Builders shortly after. In her dual role as Selections & Marketing Coordinator, she supports clients through the design and selections process while also managing the company’s marketing initiatives. Her attention to detail and marketing expertise bring both organization and creativity to the team, helping drive efficiency and success across projects.
Originally from Florida’s west coast, Abby has always felt at home by the water. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, hanging out with friends, and being with her two dogs.
Field Manager
Jose has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as a carpenter while also gaining hands-on experience in roofing. In 2018, he transitioned into a superintendent role, where he specialized in the construction of custom waterfront homes. Over the years, Jose continued to build his knowledge of project coordination, site management, and high-end residential construction before joining Beachfront Builders in 2024.
His strong field experience, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple aspects of a project make him a valuable asset to the team.
Project Manager
Sarah joined the Beachfront Builders team in 2021 and began her role as Selections Manager, where she worked closely with clients, interior designers, vendors, and the internal team to guide homeowners through the process of choosing materials and finishes while ensuring every selection aligned with the budget, design, and project timeline.
Since then, Sarah has grown into the role of Project Manager, where she now oversees projects more broadly and helps ensure each home runs smoothly from start to finish. Her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication make her a valuable part of the team.
Project Manager
Meet Bruno, our Project Manager. A Florida Atlantic University graduate with a degree in finance and a proven track record in high-end residential construction. Since joining Beachfront Builders, he has brought a strong blend of organization, tech-savviness, and financial insight to the team.
His attention to detail and hands-on approach have already contributed to the successful completion of over 10 multi-million-dollar homes. With a focus on efficiency and precision, he helps ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards — a perfect fit for our commitment to quality and excellence.
Superintendent
With years of experience, Billy oversees every aspect of ensuring our homes are completed on time and with exceptional quality. Before joining Beachfront in 2021, he worked in restoration, gaining expertise in project management, remediation, and estimating — skills that now help him navigate complex builds with precision and efficiency.
His ability to problem-solve and manage crews seamlessly ensures every project runs smoothly. Billy truly cares about each client, and his dedication is reflected in the meticulous attention to detail he brings to every home he manages.

Leo, our newest addition to the team, is hardworking, sharp, and highly experienced in luxury residential construction. Before joining Beachfront Builders, he spent years supervising high-end custom homes, building a strong reputation for quality and reliability. His dedication and leadership help ensure every detail on-site meets our exacting standards.

Justin plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations on our job sites. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to quality, he ensures projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. We’re fortunate to have his dedication and expertise as part of the Beachfront Builders team.
